Grown on the sunny southwest side of Kauai nourished by the fresh tropical rainwater from Mt. Waialeale, this exclusive roast of coffee is a specific Light-to-Medium roast, which allows more of the flavor unique to its origin than a darker roast would. Because of this, we find its naturally sweet aroma is wonderfully comforting to enjoy while reading.
“City Roast” (light-to-medium) requires constant attention and supervision during the roasting process, therefore it is made in small batches with limited quantities.
